In addition, Susan’s experience includes helping financial services firms leverage the power of e-mail — by implementing the infrastructure, workflow processes and marketing tools needed to support and deliver e-mail marketing communications to investors and the sales force.
Al Block
As Principal and co-owner of Marketing Matters, Al has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry helping organizations identify, develop and implement financial services products to grow and retain assets in a streamlined, cost effective operational environment.
His engagements include product development, competitive analysis, marketing communications and product implementation projects to help clients capitalize on the changing competitive and legislative landscape in financial services.
Over the past 5 years his focus has been in the DC marketplace and has included engagements covering investments, record keeping and administration, advice and planning and rollover asset retention.
